Pre-School Learning at MSQPS
MSQPS offers KG learning to its students of age group between 3.5 to 6 years, preparing them for entry to Grade 1 in any Bilingual or International School.
The KG follows the Montessori Method of learning and uses the Jolly Phonics/songs for the English language, with Arabic and Islamic Studies taught in the Arabic language.
Learning at this stage is mainly through playing and combining parts and shapes together, to learn letters, words, and sentences. Math is also part of the curricula at this stage, by teaching numbers and simple mathematical addition and subtracting methods through colorful playing games.
Kindergarten students also learn and participate in the school activities classes and competitions, including Arts, Music, Sports, performing on Stage during School events, and carrying out planting, reading, and other specific activities.
